A comedy about two siblings who stop at nothing to outwit one another in a battle for control of family real estate. The fact that in this case, the dueling brother and sister are getting on in years, but are still locked in a rivalry that most adults have long outgrown, makes their story a fresh and funny high-stakes conflict. Academy Award-winner Anjelica Huston stars as Maggie, a tough-as-nails widow who fights to hold onto the family’s beautiful wooded homestead in rural Vermont, while Bill Pullman, playing her ne’er-do-well brother, Ben, plots to sell the land to developers right out from under her. Preferring to fight rather than settle their differences in a mature fashion, the siblings wage war with forged documents, bribes, collusion, and, when push comes to shove, a rifle, in a fight to (just about…well, close to) the death.

Two Puerto Rican brothers, Ralphi Matas (Jorge Burgos) and Junior (Gilbert Saldivar), from New York's Spanish Harlem and the street’s best Salsa dancers, are separated after a tragedy only to reunite years later on opposing sides of gentrification. After 7 years of absence from New York City, Ralphi is back to develop commercial real estate in his old neighborhood. However, upon his return, Ralphi encounters his estranged brother, Junior, who followed in his father’s footsteps, Ramon Matas (David Zayas), and is now an elite salsa dancer and an unwavering activist AGAINST gentrification in the neighborhood. While the brothers have chosen opposite paths thus far, they are brought back together when Tio Julio (Nelson Gonzales) reminds them of the power of family and the importance of their community.

Two rival record collectors attempt to con an old lady out of a rare but cursed 1930s blues record. When a series of unfortunate circumstances sends them to jail, the feud festers for over 20 years until they are released from prison and get a second chance at snagging the record – this time from a more formidable foe.

Brother and sister team Angela (Florence Pugh) and Jackson (Ben Lloyd-Hughes) are nothing more than scam artists. Preying on the grief stricken and the vulnerable, they convince the bereaved that Angela has the ability to contact the dead. It's a simple con, until Mrs. Green (Celia Imrie) summons the pair to her home -- the orphanage that was once stage to a string of murders of young girls -- and Angela grows less and less certain of what's actually real. The fake paranormal investigators suffer the ultimate reality check when they are confronted by the true horrors and terrifying past that lie hidden within the haunted orphanage.

The story of Richard (Academy Award-nominee Paul Giamatti) and Rachel (Kathryn Hahn), a couple in the throes of infertility who try to maintain their marriage as they descend deeper and deeper into the insular world of assisted reproduction and domestic adoption. After the emotional and economic upheaval of in vitro fertilization, they’re at the end of their middle-aged rope, but when Sadie (breakout newcomer Kayli Carter), a recent college drop out, re-enters their life, things begin to look up.

Princess Helle of Volsung is forced to flee her kingdom after being framed for the murder of her father, the King. Under the guidance of Odin she travels the world gaining wisdom and building the army she needs to win back her throne of the Viking Kingdom. In order to seize her legacy, she must cultivate the predatory instincts of a hellcat and the skills of a ruthless warrior.

One's ancestors' tomb spot could change one's destiny. Jae-Sang (Cho Seung-Woo), a prodigal geomancer, loses his family while trying to stop the Kim family from conquering Korea by getting their hands on all the propitious tomb spots. 13 years later, Heung-Sun from a fallen royal family comes to Jae-Sang and suggests ousting the Kim family from power. The two men decide to work together, but they soon reach conflict when they learn of a tomb spot that would produce two kings in a family.
