The story follows Pete, a mysterious young Latino boy who’s found wondering the streets of Brentwood completely naked and not speaking a word. He's taken in by a wealthy neighborhood teenager and welcomed into his family. Pete then becomes involved in an underground street fighting club in South Central L.A. led by dangerous gang members. His unique style of dog-like fighting and biting make him an unlikely champion. Where did this kid come from? It's almost as if he's never seen the outside world.

The movie follows two wreck divers who discovered the hull of a German U-boat in waters off New Jersey in 1991. The divers spent seven years searching for the truth behind the ship and men who died inside it.

The story concerns the trials and tribulations of a 13¾-year-old British teen searching for his identity and some degree of normalcy in his highly dysfunctional, working-class family.

A group of artists living in Brooklyn struggle to maintain a rather dysfunctional family of friends in a post-9/11 world that is challenged with gentrification, deception, and sterilization.
