ShortsHD is once again bringing the OSCAR® Nominated Short Film program (Live Action, Animation, and Documentary) to theaters across the globe beginning January 29th.

Jimmy is the first-of-its-kind social interactive robot. Intel and Trossen Robotics have designed a kit that allows someone to create his or her own open-source 3D-printable robot that runs on Intel's Edison chip. With this chip, the robot is able to adapt to society and it serves as a sort of sidekick to whomever purchases it.

23 WALKS is a heart-warming comedy/drama about finding love later in life. Dave and Fern, two older strangers, have been bruised by their individual circumstance. They meet walking their dogs in a North London park, and over the course of twenty-three walks together romance begins to blossom. But Dave and Fern haven’t been completely honest with one another and their future together may be threatened by the secrets they have withheld.

The year is 2307 A.D. The Earth is frozen over and virtually uninhabitable. The remaining humans live underground, unable to survive the sub-arctic temperatures. With no “man power,” scientists bio-engineered Humanoids that possess great strength, speed, and tolerance to extreme cold. When a rogue humanoid escapes and threatens to lead a rebellion against mankind, an elite team of soldiers, led by decorated killer Commander Bishop, must hunt and kill the fugitive.

Fetish photographer Billy (Adam Wingard) stages elaborate shoots around his fixations, photographing women in various stages of undress and death. When one of Billy's models winds up actually dead, depressed and romantically disillusioned investigator Michael (Simon Barrett), suffering through a crumbling relationship himself, knocks on his door and discovers a world he struggles to understand - in Billy's art, as well as his apparent ease at juggling professional and intimate relationships with a committed girlfriend and various models. Jealousy runs high, and meanwhile, a killer is still on the loose.

Six months have passed since the rage virus has annihilated the British Isles. The U.S. Army declares that the war against infection has been won, and that the reconstruction of the country can begin. As the first wave of refugees return, a family is reunited--but one of them unwittingly carries a terrible secret. The story revolves around a young U.S. president who discovers the existence of a secret cabal that runs the government and wants him dead.

The story centers on a Korean exchange student who moves to the United States. Her parents set up various (matchmaker) dates to meet appropriate young men from Seoul to San Francisco.

America is taken over in 2076 with revolutionaries fighting a second war for American independence.

A paranoid, overprotective young man cares for his shut-in teenage brother, who is tortured by precognitive visions of violent deaths. He profits off his brother's terrible gift, until they are confronted by the brutal deaths in their wake.

A 75-year-old woman is obsessed with remaining young. On her birthday, she wishes she was 29 again, just for one day, and when it comes true, she teams with her young granddaughter to embark on an adventure. Meanwhile, the woman's middle-aged daughter and 75-year-old best friend believe her to be kidnapped and set out on their own escapade.
