Dog Man is a lovable canine superhero, and his friends Li'l Petey is a curious kitten who embodies love, optimism and hope, and 80-HD is a robot who expresses himself best through his art.

Daniel Dolphin accepts a dangerous quest to steal the Horn of the Sea Dragon from the Guardians of the Ocean when his girlfriend is kidnapped by an evil fish named Sludge. Despite his reservations, Daniel is accompanied by a spunky young orphaned dolphin named Jax looking to prove she is worthy, and his best friend Carl the Squid.

Follows a couple's blissful marriage that's cut short when their 3-year old son disappears while accompanying his father on a roundup in Wyoming. Thirteen years later, the son's twin sister travels to Wyoming to discover her family's past.
