A misfit group of unwitting high school students stumble upon a cursed object, an ancient Aztec Death Whistle. They discover that blowing the whistle and the terrifying sound it emits will summon their future deaths to hunt them down. As the body count rises, the friends investigate the origins of the deadly artifact in a desperate effort to stop the horrifying chain of events that they have set in motion.

Something happens to a bus transporting the country’s worst murderers to a high security prison, which leads the prisoners to escape. Unbeknownst to them, the wooden territory that they’re attempting to traverse through is inhabited by the infamous inbred family from the previous films.

A beautiful woman drowns her children in order to be with the man that she loved. Years later, the spirit of the "weeping" woman kidnaps wandering children who resemble her missing children, or children who disobey their parents.
